Depuis 2016, Adrian Hartmann a crée avec beaucoup de passion et artisanalement, des vins individuels sur des sols calcaires maigres dans le Jura argovien. Dans ce processus, la méthode de culture biodynamique, qui favorise la biodiversité, renforce la vitalité et la résistance de la vigne, est au coeur de l'approche. Seul le moment optimal de la récolte détermine le profil ultérieur du vin. Tous les vins fermentent spontanément. Ainsi, des vins autonomes, au caractère fort et complexe se développent.

Seit 2016 hat Adrian Hartmann mit viel Leidenschaft und handwerklichem Geschick individuelle Weine auf mageren Kalkböden im Aargauer Jura kreiert. Im Mittelpunkt des Ansatzes steht dabei die biodynamische Anbaumethode, die die Biodiversität fördert und die Vitalität und Widerstandsfähigkeit des Weinstocks stärkt. Nur der optimale Erntezeitpunkt bestimmt das spätere Profil des Weins. Alle Weine vergären spontan. So entwickeln sich autonome Weine mit starkem und komplexem Charakter.

Since 2016, Adrian Hartmann has been creating individual wines with great passion and artisanal skill on lean limestone soils in the Aargau Jura. In this process, the biodynamic cultivation method, which promotes biodiversity, enhances the vitality and resilience of the vine, is at the heart of the approach.
